SMS Terms

Skriv SMS is the two-way text messaging feature of Skrivox ("Skrivox," "we," "us"), an AI marketing assistant for small businesses. A logged-in skrivox user can opt in to chat with their own AI assistant by text message about their own marketing tasks -- drafting captions, scheduling posts, and getting reminders -- and receive replies by text. Skriv SMS is conversational: you text your assistant and your assistant replies to you. It is never used to send marketing blasts, and a number is never added to Skriv SMS without that number's own owner directly opting in from inside their own skrivox account.

How you opt in

You opt in from inside your own skrivox account, at agent.skrivox.com → Integrations → SMS. That page is only reachable after logging in, because Skriv SMS only ever connects a number to that account holder's own workspace -- there is nothing to opt into without an account. To opt in, you enter your own mobile number and check a consent box that starts unchecked:

“I agree to receive recurring automated texts from Skriv. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Only the account holder's own number can be added -- there is no way to enter a number that is not yours, and no way to opt another person's number in on their behalf.

Message frequency and messaging charges

Message frequency varies -- Skriv SMS is conversational, so you receive a reply only to a message you send. It is not a recurring broadcast on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. If you previously stopped, reply START to opt back in. STOP, HELP, and START are all handled automatically.
