Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skrivox. By creating an account or using Skrivox, you agree to them. If you're using Skrivox on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

The service

Skrivox is an AI marketing agent. It drafts content grounded in the business context you provide, runs a self-critique pass on its own output, and, for any platform you connect, can publish content, but only after you approve it. You control what publishes and where, through the approval workflow and the governance settings in your workspace.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Workspace owners can invite additional members and set their role; each member is responsible for their own use of the workspace.

Plans, credits, and billing

Skrivox is offered on subscription plans (currently Starter, Pro, and Pro Plus), each with a monthly credit allowance that's consumed as you use the product, for example generating a draft or an image. Plan pricing and credit allowances are shown on our pricing page and may change; we'll give you reasonable notice before a change affects your then-current subscription. Credits reset each billing cycle and don't carry over unless we state otherwise.

Your content

You own the business-context files, drafts, images, and other content you create or upload in your workspace. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and transmit that content in order to run the service, including sending it to the AI and publishing providers described in our Privacy Policy, and, once you approve a draft, publishing it to the platforms you've connected. We don't use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond operating Skrivox for you.

AI-generated content is your responsibility once you approve it

Skrivox grounds drafts in your workspace content and runs a self-critique pass before anything reaches you, but it is not infallible. Nothing is published without passing through your approval gate, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving only content you're satisfied is accurate and appropriate before it publishes. You can pause automated publishing at any time from Governance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Skrivox to:

• Generate or publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Attempt to circumvent the approval gate or publish content you haven't reviewed through it;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the service;
• Interfere with or overload the service, or attempt to access another workspace's data.

Connected third-party platforms

When you connect a social or ad platform to Skrivox, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms and policies. We're not responsible for the availability, features, or policy changes of any third-party platform, and a platform disconnecting or rejecting a post is outside our control.

Termination

You can stop using Skrivox and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to Skrivox or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Skrivox is provided "as is," without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any draft or published content will achieve a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skrivox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of Skrivox after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
